The fighter and former AEW world champion “DMD” Britt Baker appears in two episodes of the sixth season of ‘Cobra Kai’ on Netflix giving life to Oksana, a trainer at the Tiger Strike Dojo, in ‘Eunjangdo’ and ‘Blood In Blood Out’, the last two of the second part of the sixth season. They were not the fighter’s debut as an actress since she has also made the films ‘Queen of the Ring’ (2024) and ‘Powerbomb’ (2020).

Now, How did the doctor’s participation in the popular series of the television giant come about? streaming? She tells it herself in a recent interview with the magazine US Magazine:
“I met one of the writers, Hayden, and I said, ‘Oh my God, it’s Britt.’ He recognized me from social networks. Half jokingly, but not really, I said, ‘If you ever need anything, I’m a big fan and I’d love to be involved.’. Eventually, he called me and said, ‘You really have the Cobra Kai attitude of never giving up. If you’re interested, we have a role in mind for you, and this is it.’ I have to be honest, I haven’t even seen it yet! “I want to wait for everything to come out so I can see it at once.”
‘Cobra Kai’ is a sequel to ‘Karate Kid’ which is set 30 years after the iconic final confrontation between Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence in the karate tournament. After helping Miguel, a boy who is bullied, Johnny decides to reopen the Cobra Kai dojo. The problem is that this reignites the rivalry with Daniel LaRusso. The current sixth season will be the last and its third part will premiere in early 2025.
