Big E’s future after suffering a cervical injury.
The fighter of WWEBig E, wrote a letter to Players Tribune in the middle of New Day’s 10-year celebration.
There He admitted being interested in exploring new opportunities away from professional wrestling in case he could not compete again.
“As I mentioned before, he was someone who never stopped to look at the big picture. But now I am someone capable of doing it.
I think it’s a bit ironic, because everything changed since I broke my neck, being unable to fight again. But I’m at peace with that. It may have been a setback in my wrestling career, but I feel interested in exploring new paths that I was previously unable to see. Whether it’s being part of WWE behind the scenes, hosting, acting, voice-over, recording something for the movies, I think it’s a lot of things.
I feel like there are several aspects of me still unexplored. I feel like being able to spend 10 years of my life with Kofi and Xavier has been truly incredible. It was a great life project to have been able to create a wrestling character focused on all the things we love. But now I have this need to find out how far we can take these types of characters outside of wrestling. “I would like to know if I am capable of creating any of these things that we love so much.”
