Natalya is WWE history. One day, he will go into the Hall of Fame. But until then he wants to achieve all the achievements he can and is already aiming for the next one. The tournament to crown the first Intercontinental Champion has just been announced and one of its 12 participants, Dakota Kai, has already taken a step forward by qualifying for the semifinals by defeating both Shayna Baszler and Katana Chance in a triple threat (all fights in the first round are in this modality).

► The first Intercontinental Champion

“The Queen of Harts” will face both Kairi Sane and Alba Fyre to begin with. To begin with and perhaps to end if she fails to emerge victorious. But she feels confident not only to achieve this initial victory but also to be the winner of the competition:

«»I have fought to be a champion throughout my career, obtaining 6 world records for surpassing any woman who has ever stepped foot in the ring in WWE. I want what I hope every person in this company wants, WHICH MATTERS! I am ready to make history as the first Intercontinental Champion in history«.

I have fought to be a champion my entire career; acquiring 6 world records for outworking every woman that’s ever stepped foot in @wwe. I want what I hope every person in this company wants, WHICH IS TO MATTER. I’m ready to make history as the first ever Women’s Intercontinental… https://t.co/ptnGk8tB1A

Nattie has never needed titles to shine. In fact, in her long career in WWE, she has only been champion three times.

  • Divas Champion: 70 days from November 2010 to January 2011
  • Campeona SmackDown: 86 days from August 2017 to November 2017
  • Couples Champion: 129 days with Tamina from May 2021 to September 2021

Do you see her as one of the favorites to be the first Intercontinental Champion? In addition, Would you like her to be the winner or do you prefer another fighter?
